(AT&M) have signed a partnership agreement in which Quadrant will act as the IMPORT AGENT on behalf of AT&M for importation of their Licensed Magnetic Products (Sintered Neodymium Iron Boron) that are produced in China. Under this agreement, Quadrant will act as the sole import channel for AT&M and will be responsible for Sales and Marketing within the U.S. and NAFTA region. Additionally, Quadrant will provide all customs and logistical operations within the prescribed territory.
